Pop of Color
Ya’ll – if you don’t have a simple black skirt in your outfit line up, seriously consider one! A-line skirts for work are so versatile in general and I love how feminine a classic black all-black one makes me feel. Also, length doesn’t really matter here (just not micro mini – you’re wearing this to work!). You’ll want to choose a length that really compliments your body. With this outfit I’ve paired it with a fun leopard print blouse and mint heels to make it pop while still staying classy.
Werk It
I absolutely love a good utility-styled skirt! I have a similar one that has lasted me a handful of years already. This is a great closet staple, and you can also elevate its utility styling by adding some fancier accessories. Also be sure to keep it simple and elegant with a neutral and streamlined color palette and you’ve got an easy sophisticated outfit!
